Pamela S. Caloway
Ms. Caloway is the Associate/Executive Assistant for the Business Development Group of Salient Partners. She assists with client relationships and provides direct project support for the Business Development Team. She has over twenty-five years of experience in the banking and financial services industry. Ms. Caloway was a founding member of Salient Trust Co. in 1994 and served as Secretary to the Board through 1999. Most recently, Ms. Caloway served as Assistant Corporate Secretary for Sanders Morris Harris Group (NASDAQ: SMHG) acting as liaison between the company's shareholders and its transfer agent.
Ms. Caloway holds security licenses Series 7 and 63, and is a member of the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals.
