Stephen M. Reckling
Stephen M. Reckling, is a Managing Director of Salient Partners. He was a founder of Salient Trust Co. (STC) in 1994. Over the years with STC, Mr. Reckling has served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer.
Prior to 1994, Mr. Reckling spent eight years as an investment broker working with individuals in the Houston area.
In addition to Mr. Reckling's professional efforts with Salient Partners, he is involved with a number of outside business and charitable organizations. Mr. Reckling currently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of The Sterling-Turner Charitable Foundation and The Isla Carroll Turner Friendship Trust. Additionally, he is a Managing Director of Houston based Centerline Manufacturing, LTD.
Stephen and his wife Galen have five sons (Stephen, Jr., Matthew, Bryant, Hunter and John Patrick). They enjoy hunting, fishing, golfing, wakeboarding and playing baseball.
Mr. Reckling was born and raised in Houston, Texas.
