Jessica H. Ramsey
Jessica Ramsey, Accounting Manager at Salient, provides monthly review and analysis of partnership and investment fund financial statements and assists with the preparation and filing of SEC reports. She is also responsible for coordination with the fund administrator, auditors, and tax advisers.
Prior to joining the firm, Mrs. Ramsey worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as a senior associate in the assurance group, providing audit services for clients in the oil and gas industry.
She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration and Master in Professional Accounting degrees from the University of Texas at Austin, where she graduated with highest honors.
Mrs. Ramsey is a licensed certified public accountant, and is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She is also a member of the Junior League of Houston.
