Charolette Carter is the Director of Human Resources for Salient Partners providing expert advice and guidance policies and procedures and supporting management with all aspects of human resources.
Prior to joining Salient Partners, Ms. Carter was the Director of Human Resources for Surgeons Management Inc. in Houston. She is a Wisconsin native with over 9 years of experience in Human Resources Management and is an active member in the Society of Human Resources Management.
